AppLock Next helps you lock applications selected by you and optionally keep copies of selected photos in an encrypted, device-only vault. This policy describes what the app handles and how advertising and Google Play purchases work.
1. Your PIN, pattern and biometric authentication
PIN and pattern verifiers are stored in private local app storage using salted password hashing. AppLock does not upload your PIN, pattern or recovery code to the developer’s servers. Biometric authentication uses Android’s system biometric prompt; the app does not receive your fingerprint or facial biometric template.
2. Application usage access and overlay permission
If you enable protection, Android Usage Access is used on your device to identify which app is open, only so AppLock can determine whether to display a lock screen for an app you chose. The “display over other apps” permission allows that lock screen to appear. Your list of protected apps, monitoring decisions and unlock settings remain in local app storage; the developer does not collect or sell your installed-app inventory. You may revoke these permissions in Android Settings or stop protection in the app. Some phone manufacturers may interrupt background monitoring; AppLock cannot guarantee operating-system-level blocking.
3. Encrypted photo vault
The optional Photo Vault imports only images you explicitly select through the Android Photo Picker. It keeps encrypted copies in private, non-backed-up on-device storage using AES-GCM and an Android Keystore key. Photo contents and filenames in the vault index are not uploaded to the developer. Importing does not hide or delete the original gallery photo. Removing a photo from the vault removes its encrypted copy, not the original. You may export an image from the vault to a document or gallery location you explicitly choose, using Android’s save dialog. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the device encryption key can make vault contents permanently unrecoverable. Keep your own backup of important photos. The current feature does not support video vault storage.
4. Advertising and consent
The free version can display Google AdMob banner ads on AppLock’s own dashboard, not on PIN entry screens or on top of other apps. Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) are integrated. Subject to your region, choices and applicable law, Google and its partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure and protect ads. Where a consent choice is required, the app requests it through Google’s consent interface before requesting ads. See Google Privacy Policy and Google AdMob policies. Regional privacy options, when required, can be reopened in AppLock security settings.
5. Google Play subscriptions
The optional Premium subscription is processed by Google Play Billing. The app queries Google Play to determine whether Premium is active and, when confirmed, removes dashboard advertising. Google manages billing, subscriptions and payment details. The developer does not collect payment card numbers through the app. See Manage Google Play subscriptions.
6. Other permissions
Notifications may show the user-controlled background protection service status. The boot completed broadcast may display a reminder to restart protection manually. Internet and network state access support advertising and purchases. The app does not request broad gallery storage, camera, contacts or microphone permissions.
7. Retention, security and your choices
Local PIN verifiers, the list of locked apps, settings and encrypted photo copies stay on your device until removed or until the app’s data is cleared. You can remove a protected app, delete individual vault photos, revoke permissions and uninstall the app. Android Keystore and encrypted storage mitigate exposure but no app-lock overlay can guarantee protection against every device-level threat. Google and its ad/payment services separately control data collected by their SDKs according to their policies.

1. PIN, desen ve biyometri
PIN ve desenin tuzlanmış doğrulama özetleri cihazın özel uygulama alanında saklanır. PIN, desen ve kurtarma kodu geliştiricinin sunucularına gönderilmez. Parmak izi ve yüz tanıma Android’in sistem doğrulama ekranından geçer; biyometrik şablonlar uygulamaya verilmez.
2. Uygulama kullanımı ve üstte gösterme izinleri
Kullanım erişimi, seçtiğiniz uygulamanın açıldığını yerel olarak algılamak içindir. Üstte gösterme izni, kilit ekranını seçilen uygulama üzerinde açar. Korunan uygulamalar listesi geliştiriciye gönderilmez veya satılmaz. Bu izinleri Android ayarlarından kaldırabilir ya da korumayı uygulama içinden durdurabilirsiniz. Android ve üretici kısıtlamaları nedeniyle kesin sistem düzeyinde engelleme garanti edilmez.
3. Şifreli fotoğraf kasası
Kasaya yalnızca Android Fotoğraf Seçici üzerinden sizin seçtiğiniz görseller eklenir. Kopyalar cihazın özel, yedeklenmeyen alanında AES-GCM ve Android Keystore ile şifrelenir; geliştiricinin sunucularına yüklenmez. Kasaya eklemek galerideki orijinal fotoğrafı silmez veya gizlemez. Kasadan silmek yalnızca şifreli kopyayı siler. Fotoğrafı dışa aktarmak isterseniz Android kaydetme ekranından hedef konumu kendiniz seçebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak, verilerini temizlemek veya şifreleme anahtarını kaybetmek kasadaki görsellerin kalıcı kaybına yol açabilir. Önemli fotoğraflarınızı ayrıca yedekleyin. Mevcut kasada video desteği bulunmamaktadır.
4. Reklamlar ve rıza
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları AppLock’un kendi ana panelinde gösterilebilir; PIN ekranında veya diğer uygulamaların üzerinde reklam gösterilmez. Google Mobile Ads SDK ve Google UMP kullanılmaktadır. Bölgenize, tercihinize ve geçerli mevzuata göre Google ve iş ortakları cihaz/reklam kimliği, IP adresi, yaklaşık konum, etkileşim ve tanılama verilerini reklam sunumu ve ölçümü için işleyebilir. Gerekli bölgelerde reklam istemeden önce rıza seçenekleri gösterilir. Google Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir.
5. Premium aboneliği
Premium ödemeleri Google Play Billing üzerinden yürütülür. Uygulama aktif abonelik durumunu Google Play’den sorgulayarak doğrulanmış abonelere ana paneli reklamsız sunar. Ödeme kartı bilgileri AppLock tarafından alınmaz. Aboneliklerinizi Google Play üzerinden yönetebilirsiniz.
6. Diğer izinler ve veri saklama
Bildirimler koruma durumunu gösterebilir; yeniden başlatma izni, korumayı elle etkinleştirme hatırlatması için kullanılır. İnternet erişimi reklam ve satın alma servislerine yöneliktir. Uygulama genel galeri erişimi, kamera, mikrofon veya kişi listesi izni istemez. Yerel ayarlar ve şifreli kasadaki kopyalar siz silene veya uygulama verilerini temizleyene kadar cihazda kalır. Google’ın reklam ve ödeme hizmetlerinin işlediği veriler kendi politikalarına tabidir.
